About Nick Tiano

Nick and Chloe Tiano are the co-founders of the Tiano Group, a real estate team based in Chattanooga, TN. As Chattanooga locals, they are deeply rooted in the community they serve — working with clients across residential and commercial real estate, and meeting each one exactly where they are.

Born and raised in Chattanooga, Nick attended Baylor School before playing college football at Mississippi State University, then finishing his career at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga — where he also earned his MBA. He went on to play professionally in the NFL, CFL, and XFL, then built a career in corporate leadership, most recently as an executive at Miller Industries, before leaving to build the Tiano Group with Chloe full time.

Nick brings the same discipline, preparation, and competitive edge from his athletic and executive career to every client relationship. More than anything, he and Chloe value the people behind each transaction — and believe that building genuine, lasting relationships is what this business is all about.
